ICIQ-Male Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Long Form
|
| Purpose of module |
The ICIQ-MLUTS Long Form is a patient-completed
questionnaire for evaluating male lower urinary tract symptoms and
impact on quality of life (QoL) in research and clinical practice.
This questionnaire is a more in-depth assessment than the ICIQ-MLUTS
and will be of increased use where a more detailed assessment is required
typically in research, although similarly in both primary and secondary
care institutions. The ICIQ-MLUTS Long Form provides a detailed summary
of the level and impact of urinary symptoms and can facilitate patient-clinician
discussions. It is an ideal research tool to assess outcome from various
treatment modalities and also can be of use in epidemiological surveys. |
